I’m the therapist behind A Little More Her, and I believe that sometimes life doesn’t need a complete overhaul—you just need a little more space to understand yourself, process what you’re going through, and find your way forward.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern under supervision. working toward getting my license. I’m passionate about supporting women through the seasons of life that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply not quite like yourself.
Maybe you’re adjusting to motherhood. Navigating a major life change. Struggling with anxiety. Learning to set boundaries. Coping with changes in your health. Or simply wondering, “When did I lose touch with myself?”
Wherever you are, you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin therapy.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, drawing from approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) while creating space for your individual experiences, emotions, and goals. Together, we’ll work to better understand what you’re experiencing, develop tools that fit your life, and help you feel more connected to yourself along the way.
Because therapy isn't about becoming someone completely different.
It’s about making a little more room for you.
A little more clarity.
A little more confidence.
A little more you.
